Aramide is a legal practitioner with over twenty years of experience in legal practice. She has worked with several law firms in Ibadan and Lagos. She was a partner in the former O. Adekoya & Co. (now a merged partner firm in Aelex) where she worked for nine years and headed the Company Secretarial department, handled perfections of banking transactions, property matters and litigation.
She is the principal partner in the firm of AFC Legal Consult., a legal firm that provides services that include but are not limited to company/corporate secretaryship, corporate governance, legal documentation, real estate and property matters, legal due diligence/compliance, intellectual property and discreet inquiries.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the International Bar Association.
Adeniyi is a Senior Associate with AFC Legal Consult with nine years experience in legal practice. He has received vast experience in company secretarial matters while as Company Secretary/Corporate Affairs Manager in the firm of Ossai, Ahmed & Associates in addition to litigation experience with the firm of Victor C. Gwam & Co.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
OBAYE MARIAN EKENIMOH-DAODU
Obaye is an Associate who admitted to the Nigerian bar in 2012. She has worked in United Bank for Africa, one of Africa’s largest financial services providers prior to joining AFC Legal Consult, and also has experience in legal practice.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association as well as the Federation of International Women Lawyers (FIDA), Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators (APNM) and Amnesty International.
Amarachi Okonkoh is a lawyer, a chartered secretary and an arbitrator. She has acquired extensive experience and knowledge in the field of Health Law and Intellectual Property Law. She has worked on developing legislation and operational guidelines on diverse health law issues, ranging from health financing to patient safety and legal protection in the health space.
She has also worked on E-health policies, advised and drafted E-health contracts and legal opinions within the Health Law space. She also provides legal advisory on Reproductive Health Law issues. She is excited about the intersection between Health Law and Intellectual Property Law.
She is a member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) and has through the association participated in domestic violence advocacy and litigation and child protection activities. She is passionate about advancing women and children’s rights.
